Treating Significant Anterior Gingival Recession

Michelle is a 55 year-old woman who presents with a chief complaint of “I don’t like my smile and my teeth look too big”.
Michelle has been a patient in Dr. Kinzer’s practice for many years and has had her posterior dentition partially restored. She is periodontally and occlusally very healthy with the exception of some fremitus in the upper anterior teeth. She has significant attachment loss on the facials of 6-11.
