Dr. Glied is Board Certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Board of Anesthesia. As an oral Surgeon and Dental Implant Specialist, he provides the full scope of oral and maxillofacial services which includes wisdom teeth removal and simple or complex dental implant placement and rehabilitations in-office. In addition to routine oral surgical procedures, his hospital affiliation allows him to offer services such as Orthognathic surgery, Facial Trauma, and Facial Reconstruction surgery at a hospital operating room efficiently and quickly.

Dr. Glied understands that although our office has an excellent track record of treating patients for over fifteen years, the most important surgery he will ever perform is yours. And therefore carefully listening to your concerns prior to surgery or at your consultation visits is of utmost importance to him.

Dr. Glied serves as Chief of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Division at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. He also serves as the Voluntary Attending Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Montefiore Hospital, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He served as the Attending Surgeon at Lutheran Medical Center for several years.

Dr. Glied earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario and completed his General Practice Residency at McGill University in Montreal. He then completed his Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at CUNY Medical School

Dr. Glied is an active member in several professional organizations, including the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
and the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
