Meet Our Care Advisors

If you or someone you know needs endodontic, root canal or oral surgical and dental implant services, contact our Patient Coordinator for an appointment. No referral necessary. Our phone lines transfer to the doctor on-call after business hours.

It’s natural to be anxious when you make the first call. And you may have a lot of questions — questions about treatment options, insurance coverage, or post-operative period. We’ll do everything we can to put you at ease, whether you’re a patient, a family member or a friend, and make sure you get the answers you need.

The telephone line is staffed by specially trained staff who work very closely with our dentists. We’ll make certain to get your questions answered.

What You’ll Need

  • Full name, contact information, date of birth, and nature of your problem
  • Information about recent prior treatment for your current problem
  • If applicable, primary dental insurance carrier

Knowledge can be a powerful tool — and a comfort. Each person is different, but many people find that knowing more about their dental problem makes them feel more comfortable with their treatment options and more empowered to make decisions confidently.

We also recommend that you bring a list of questions to ask your doctor at your first appointment.

If you would like to request an appointment, please either fill out the convenient form below or reach us by phone at (212) 221-3155.
