Advanced Endodontics of NYC, operating as EOI – Centre for Endodontics, Oral Surgery & Dental Implants (“EOI NYC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of everyone we interact with. In the course of providing dental and endodontic services, professional referral coordination, and continuing-education activities, we may collect: contact details (name, address, phone number, email); patient registration and clinical information necessary for care; professional information from referring dentists and their staff; information submitted through online inquiry, contact, or course-registration forms; and communication records, including SMS text messages, emails, and call notes.
How we use information. We use the information we collect to provide and coordinate dental care, communicate about appointments and referrals, respond to inquiries, administer continuing-education courses and events, and operate and improve our practice.
Text messaging (SMS). When a patient, referring dental professional, or other contact provides a mobile number and consents to receive text messages from us, we use that number to send messages related to appointments, referral coordination, case discussion, scheduling, course and event information, and related communications.
We do not share mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our practice and deliver our messaging (such as our communications platform), and only to the extent needed to perform those services, or as required by law.
